What is your booking policy?

Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before your reservation is accepted. We do not offer refunds. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?

We are more than happy to help you curate your perfect travel experience. Please fill out our Travel Request form, and we will be in touch.

Do you provide roommate matching?

No, The Essence of Travel does not offer Roommate Matching.

What is your cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to prepayments and reservations made on your behalf, certain cancellation fees may apply. Specific details of cancellation policies will be outlined in your booking agreement, depending on the nature of your travel package.

While we all plan for the perfect trip, life can be unpredictable. The Essence of Travel recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment just in case the "what if" happens to you. It's better to have insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it!
